Adele's boyfriend has earned some serious brownie points with a sweet anniversary surprise.
To mark their five years together, Simon Konecki wrote heartfelt messages on thousands of pieces of confetti that fell from the ceiling during the end of Adele's concert in Nashville.
Usually covered with song lyrics, Simon changed the confetti by including special pink notes with messages including, 'I love you', 'You are an angel' and 'Happy anniversary'.
So now that she's all happy and in love, does this mean we can expect an upbeat album from Adele at some stage in the future
