Because when are dick pics ever a good idea?
The dating app Bumble has launched a new feature that will automatically blur explicit pictures.
Unlike many of the other dating apps, Bumble allows users to exchange pictures.
As it stands pictures are blurred until a user opens them.

The new feature, however, will specifically advise users if the image is explicit.
At that point, the recipient can choose to open, block or report the image.
According to Bumble, 'Our latest feature, Private Detector, automatically detects and blurs inappropriate images.'
'But it’s up to you if you want to view, block, or report the image to moderators.'
The move comes soon after Bumble added a call function to profiles.
This allows users to speak on the phone, without exchanging numbers.
Bumble reckon the feature gives 'users a more real life interaction, and saving them time by getting a deeper understanding of who they’ve matched with before they decide to meet in person or share valuable contact information.'
