The iconic singer from Limerick passed away suddenly in London today.
Sad news this evening, with confirmation Cranberries Lead Singer Dolores O'Riordan has passed away aged 46.
It's understood the iconic singer was in London for a short recording session.
Her publicist confirmed the news in a statement which read: ''No further details are available at this time.''
Before adding: "Family members are devastated to hear the breaking news and have requested privacy at this very difficult time."
Hailing from Ballybricken, Ms O'Riordan rose to international fame in the 1990s as the front Woman of The Cranberries - Recording hits such as Zombie, Dreams and Linger and selling an astonishing 40-million records worldwide.
