The recipe for the perfect hangover cure breakfast has been revealed, and it sounds delicious.
Dietitians have constructed the meal based on three key categories: Liver recovery, brain function and stomach assistance.
But unfortunately some of our favourite fry-up ingredients haven't made the cut...
Lovers of sausages, black/white pudding and hash browns will be disappointed to hear their favourites haven't made the cut.
But despite that, the recommended breakfast still sounds quite delicious
The so called 'perfectly balanced' hangover-day meal contains:
Eggs, bacon, mushrooms, beans, avocado and spinach.
The eggs and avocado help the liver, while the bacon replenishes your amino acids and helps your brain to function. With the spinach assisting your stomach acids to return to normal.
We guess the beans are just for the craic.
It's also recommended that you have a side of orange juice, with plenty of water too of course.
While it's bad news for coffee lovers though, as avoiding caffeine will also speed the recovery process.
