The teen had been missing since Friday.
Gardaí have confirmed 14-year-old Shane O'Connor, who had been missing from his home in Ballinteer, has been located.
Shane, who is the son of singer Sinead O'Connor, who recently changed her name to Magda Davitt, had been missing since on Friday, 18 January.
Gardai would like to thank the public for their assistance in the matter.
Ms Davitt had previoulsy tweeted a picture of her son with the following message:
''This is my 14 yr old son. Missing since Friday. Last seen in Wicklow town at 7.42 pm tonight. Allegedly Headed for the home of someone called Orlando. If you see him or he is at your home please contact Dundrum or Wicklow Gardai.''
