The HSE’s announced Community Vaccination Centres will start the roll out of clinics from then.

NIAC’s recommended the vaccine for children in this age group with underlying conditions as they’re at a higher risk of severe Covid-19.

National Lead for the Covid 19 Vaccination Programme, Eileen Whelan has this advice for parents.

‘Anybody who want’s to get an appointment – they should seek advice from a trusted health professional, speak to their GP or speak to their paediatrician or any other trusted healthcare professional, they should go online to www.hse.ie and there is a lot of information for parents and guardians in relation to the benefits of the vaccination for children who have underlying conditions in this age group.’
