If your dog likes to sleep on your couch or bed, you'll know the pain of having to lift them on and off.

But you can now save your arms by purchasing 'dog steps'.

Orvis is selling the "lightweight but sturdy" foam steps to give small and older pooches a leg up.

The retailer explains:

"These sturdy conventional-foam steps promise support and solid footing for your dogs as they climb on and off of the bed or sofa.

"A great solution for older dogs with stiff joints or arthritis, or smaller breeds who cannot get on or off the bed without your help."

The steps can be moved easily in and out of place and the cover is removable and washable.

However, you'll have to dig deep to buy your pet this treat as the steps come in at €185.
