At least one young, fit and healthy person will collapse and die before the end of this week from Sudden Cardiac Death (SCD).

CRY Ireland is asking the public to help Save Young Lives.

CRY (Cardiac Risk in the Young) is an Irish charity that facilitates free cardiac assessments and support to individuals and families who have lost loved ones to SCD, or are affected by inherited cardiac conditions.

Louise spoke to Tommy Fegan, Chairman of CRY Ireland, about the importance of families getting tested and the fundraising for their new national screening centre.
