Co-founder’s Mark Hughes, Ian Guerin, Matthew Brennan and Dave Martin founded Gradguide having all been frustrated with the all too common experience of sending CVs far and wide before getting the mentorship they needed and a role in tech that allowed them to excel. They figured there must be a better way for more students to follow that path and for tech companies to hire young talent.
Mark, Ian and Matthew are all friends since they were kids and Mark & Dave met at Intercom where Mark started his career before going on to the EMEA Regional Director of Chargify at just 26.
The Gradguide mentorship programme is now open to both students and recent graduates. It’s completely free and will bring students through a 6 week intensive career accelerator program where they are then paired with a mentor working in a domain and company they want to work in. The mentor will then identify their skill gaps and enable them to fill them before guiding them through the process of landing a role with the skillset necessary to succeed and thrive.
The network of mentors includes professionals from the likes of LinkedIn, Google, Salesforce, Microsoft, Hubspot and Intercom and Gradguide graduates have found roles in companies such as Oracle, Hubspot, Wayflyer, Front and Wix to name a few.
