SHINE festival is back, and it's all about celebrating the International Day of The Girl.

Know a group of young Irish women and want them to feel empowered, motivated and inspired?

Could your school use a chance to engage with some incredible Irish women across any career path you could imagine?

Then it’s your time to SHINE!

SHINE Festival is the much-needed empowering celebration the girls and women of Ireland need right now.

The two-day (11th - 12th October) event will have over 100 impressive online and in-person speakers including Roxie Nafousi, Erica Cody, Louise McSharry, Ellen Keane, Georgie Crawford, Senator Eileen Flynn, special musical guest Lea Heart and many more.

How can I get involved?

Guests can tune in free of charge online and the in-person event will take place at The Conference Centre at The Clayton Hotel on Burlington Road where over 1,000 girls each day will hear about topics such as mental health, wellness, mindset, career, diversity, individuality, the arts, sports, social issues, and sustainability - across nine stages!

Here at iRadio, we're buzzing to get behind this, and our very own Tara McCormack is heading along to MC on Tuesday 11th October.

But Tara isn't the only iRadio superwoman going - Sharron (iRadio at Work), Michaela (iRadio at Night), Kayte (iRadio's iLoveIrish), AND Fionnuala (iRadio in The Afternoon) are all virtual presenters!

Tammy Darcy, Founder and CEO of The Shona Project said:

“Like everyone else, the young women we work with have been hugely affected by recent historic world events. They are feeling more stressed, isolated and anxious than ever before. SHINE allows us to provide them with the inspiration they need right now, and invite them to become part of an empowering movement of women who are strong, resilient and authentic.”

Want to head along?

Whether you're part of a school group, or just by yourself, you can register totally free of charge just by clicking here.

This event is too good to be missed, so individual tickets have been made available for any girl or woman across the country - you'll be raging if you miss it!
