One couple are giving away their pub, takeaway, apartment and €17,500 in a 'win-all' raffle.
Sinead Coady & Seamus Hennessy are based in Kilmacow, Co Kilkenny. They're the owners of Spinners Bar and the adjacent Spinners Takeaway.
But not for long, as after a life-changing year, they're giving ownership away to one lucky person.
For just €23 you can enter the raffle and win the following:
- Pub & takeaway located in Lower Kilmacow, just 10 minutes from Waterford City, with valid license included.
The pub also has a wood fired stove, 2 large TVs, 2 dart boards, a pool table, juke box and gaming machine.
2. A takeaway right beside the pub which comes fully equipped with fryers, pizza conveyor ovens, hennypenny chicken fryer as well as fridges and freezers.
3. A two-bedroom apartment ready to live in right above the pub with a kitchen/sitting room, shower bathroom area & 2 double bedrooms.
4. And €17,500 in cash!

Sinead and Seamus have owned the businesses for 6 years and have described it as "some of the best years".
Before the Covid pandemic, Seamus had been unwell for a couple of months and he was then diagnosed with cancer. Thankfully, Seamus has won his battle with cancer, which inspired the couple to make a change.
They had long been thinking about doing something else for work.
So, once Seamus was well-enough, the couple decided to take a leap of faith and essentially give away their business.
Seamus said now that he has "come out fighting", he wants to enjoy his life more than ever.
"We've had some great years in these businesses so why not give someone else the chance to own their own businesses but without the usual risks and costs associated with business start up."
The generosity continues...
The couple have also decided to donate 10% of all tickets sold to the Waterford Solas Cancer Support Centre.
They said that the centre gave them "endless supports in all shapes and sizes".
