Being the President of any country has got to be tough.
Whether you're meeting foreign dignitaries or signing legislation into law, the job undoubtedly comes with a huge amount of pressure.
But President Michael D Higgins has once again proven he's the man for the job after resisting an onslaught of distraction from his Bernese Mountain puppy, Misneach.
While giving a TV interview to RTÉ, Misneach decided that he wasn't happy with all the attention being diverted away from him.
