Seems like steady progress is being made!
The HSE has confirmed that half of the adult population have now received a Covid-19 vaccine.
May has seen a big boost; with over 1 million people getting a jab.
That brings the total of people vaccinated here to 2.7 million.
20 percent of the population are now fully protected against Covid.
It comes as health officials confirmed today another 374 cases.
While 99 patients are in hospital with the virus, with 35 of those in ICU.
Meanwhile, the Taoiseach has asked a senior group of officials to monitor the spread of the Indian variant of Covid in Ireland.
The group will report to cabinet within the next two weeks, before further restrictions are eased in July.
So far, there've been 97 cases of the Indian variant detected here.
