peration Transformation returned to our telly’s on Wednesday night for a brand new season. The show’s fitness coach, Karl Henry, caught up with Aidan and Oonagh in the Morning to chat about the changes that have been made in this year’s series.
Karl explained how things are a little bit different as the coaches are spaced two meter’s apart in the studios but they will still have weekly weigh-ins with the five contestants. Changes to the ad-break challenges have been made too. These will be done outside in order to ensure it’s Covid friendly and he went on to emphasize that whilst people can’t meet up and exercise together this year there is still a strong community spirit in that we are doing this together.
