The pandemic bonus was announced as a way of recognising the efforts of frontline workers since COVID hit.
Around 27,000 HSE staff still have not received their €1,000 pandemic bonus.
Just over 73,000 have got the payment, meaning more than a quarter are still waiting for it.
The new figures relate to payments up last Friday.

Last month Health Minister Stephen Donnelly said the delay was down to prolonged discussions between parties.
Fianna Fáil TD Éamon Ó Cuív has said workers deserve to have their payment now:
"I cannot understand why there's this big delay in making what is ultimately a very very simple payment. I think it shows just how much everything nowadays takes an inordinate amount of time to deliver."
