Vape pen sellers not seeing eye to eye with HSE
Vape pen sellers are planning to go to court in an attempt to block a ban on e-cigarette flavours.
Last month Health Minister Simon Harris came out and expressed his belief that the fruity flavours are aimed at kids.
The Irish Vape Vendor's Association are in disagreement with Harris and think the ban would be unfair as their market is mainly former smokers.
Unlike the HSE, Director of Irish Vape Vendors, Declan Connolly, sees vape pens as a reliant method of quitting cigarettes.
