Gardai have arrested two youths in connection with the killing of 14 year-old Ana Kriegel.
The teenager's body was discovered 1km from a park where she was last seen in Lucan, South Dublin, four days after she went missing on May 14.
Ana was a first year student in Leixlip in Co Kildare.
This morning, Gardai confirmed that two male youths were arrested yesterday as part of their extensive investigation into the horrific crime.
They are being held at separate Dublin Garda Station's under section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984.
Gardaí are continuing their investigation into Ana's death, with DNA evidence and CCTV footage from the area being studied.
A book of condolences for Ana will remain open to the public at County Hall in Tallaght, Dublin until later this evening.
