We keep hearing the Sun is on the way back for the bank holiday weekend... But step outside and it looks like the perpetual Winter has set in once again.
However, Met Éireann has reassured us that the Sun is planning on making a comeback, and is predicting things to start heating up as of Tomorrow.
The National Forecaster is saying Thursday will see clearer sunnier conditions, with temperatures reaching up to 25 degrees. With just a few ''spells of rain and drizzle."
On Friday and over the weekend it will be "warm in most areas with a mix of cloud and sunshine," With highest temperatures will be between 20 and 26 degrees - That's more like it.
Going even further and the outlook for early next weeks sees a "high chance of settled weather continuing..."
Could this be 'Heatwave 2 - Return of the beach?' Let's hope so!
