Slow progress on union negotiations, is believed to be main the main catalyst behind Ryanair Pilots voting in favour of industrial action today.
The budget airline's pilots will be on strike from 1am on Thursday the 12th of July, throwing passengers Summer Travel plans into chaos.
Ryanair agreed to recognise trade unions for the first time last December, however pilots were reportedly disappointed over the slow pace of talks.
It was revealed that One-Hundred and Twenty-of those directly employed by Ryanair voted in favour for the strike action, but it’s not yet clear how passengers will be affected.
