The two Italian men were arrested after the attack on Meath man Sean Cox in Liverpool
An Italian man has admitted his role in the savage attack which left an Irish Liverpool fan Sean Cox in a coma.
Yesterday, 29-year-old Daniele Sciusco pleaded guilty in court to violent disorder.
However, the other man accused of having a role in the attack, Filippo Lombardi (21) has pleaded not guilty and is to be tried before Preston Crown Court in October.
Fifty-Three-year-old Cox, a Father from Dunboyne Co. Meath, was critically injured in an attack at Anfield on the 24th of April, before kick off in a Champions League clash with Roma.
He remains in a Coma at Walton Centre in Liverpool.
