Met Éireann say outbreaks of rain will spread from the south overnight, leading to milder temperatures.

Meteorologist Aoife Kealy explains how that'll affect the weather today:
"While most of the country will see highest temperatures of maybe between 1 and 4 degrees, temperatures will get up to between about 5 and 7 degrees in some coastal areas of the west and south which is a good bit higher than it has been over the last few days, so we will start to see that gradual change through Saturday."
