A man has been seriously injured after he was stabbed in the neck in Louth, reports the Irish Mirror.
The man was rushed to Our Lady of Lourdes Lourdes Hospital at 2.30am on Thursday, November 1.
The incident occurred near Windmill Road in Drogheda Co. Louth.
LMFM reports that the 32-year-old victim lost a lot of blood.
Gardai investigating the stabbing are yet to make an arrest.
