The Duke and Duchess have welcomed their third child, a healthy baby boy.
The baby, who lays Fifth in line for the royal throne weighs 8lbs 7oz.
Her Royal Highness Kate Middleton and her child are both doing well.
The baby is the Royal couple's third child, after George (4) and Charlotte (2).
The Queen, The Duke of Edinburgh, The Prince of Wales, The Duchess of Cornwall, Prince Harry and members of both families have been informed and are delighted with the news.
