We can learn a lot from our kids
With so many negative stories dominating headlines at the moment, it’s about time we took the time to celebrate something wonderful... our Children!
And there’s certainly a very big celebration on the way.
The Réalta School of Speech and Drama has joined forces with Julia Dunin Photography for their first ever photography exhibition, called: ‘In celebration of children.’ Coming to Tribeton, Merchant's Road, Galway this June long weekend!
Michelle O’Grady, teacher and founder of Réalta School of Speech and Drama, who work with Children from all walks of life, has always felt that adults have a lot to learn from kids. And believes it’s the duty of adults to help them shine as much as possible.
“My suspicion has often been is that their approach to life is much clearer and simpler than us complicated creatures!” Michelle said.
And through the lens of talented creative photographer Julia Dunin, the lucky kids featured in this exhibition have certainly had a chance to shine.
Julia specliases in capturing the very important areas of lifestyle and food in her work, and that’s a main feature of the highly anticipated upcoming exhibition.
Making the showcase all the more special is the fact it coincides with International Children's Day, which is celebrated all over the globe.
So in short... don't miss your chance to celebrate something amazing, our kids!
The ‘In celebration of our Children’ exhibition is taking place on from 6:30pm on Friday June 1st at Tribeton, Merchant's Road, Galway and will remain open all bank holiday weekend long.
