100-manufacturing jobs are set to be created
Manufacturing company Leetha Industries has today announced today a new supply operation which is set to bring substantial job growth to Longford.
In a boon for the County, One-Hundred people are set to be hired for a range of roles from senior management to packers and warehouse staff for a new operation called Red Seal Cups.
The new operation is responsible for packaging material for the medical, food service and disposable packaging sectors, and will occupy the former Cameron site in Longford.
Minister for Business, Enterprise and Innovation Heather Humphreys is thrilled with the announcement: "I am delighted that Red Seal Cups have decided to establish a new manufacturing plant in Longford, this will result in the creation of more than 100 jobs over the next three years,'' she said.
