No, not the Curly Wurly!
The owner of Cadbury, Mondelez International, has announced plans to reduce the size of chocolate treats typically bought for kids.
The company says it's aiming to shrink the size of snacks by 2020, so they contain 100 calories or fewer, as they're "committed to helping families when it comes to choosing treats for children".
It's already reduced the size of Freddos and Dairy Milk Buttons and it looks like Curly Wurlys, Chomps and Fudge bars are in for the chop.
We’re #Proud to bring 100% of our chocolate and biscuit products bought for children, under 100 calories for the UK and Ireland. Including Cadbury Fudge, Curly Wurly, Chomp, & Cadbury Mini Fingers! A spokesperson for Mondelez told the Metro: "We are not prepared to change the recipes of these much-loved products as we know that taste is the most important thing to consumers. In order to make the calorie reduction, we have taken the decision to slightly decrease the size of the products to achieve the calorie threshold.
"We’re committed to taking action to tackle childhood obesity and portion control is recognised as one of the most effective ways of tackling it. We want to support parents when they choose to give their children a treat and introducing this calorie cap will make it simpler for them to find a treat under 100 calories that children will enjoy."
