Women worry about climate change more than men.

A survey from Peopl Insurance, found that over 35% of women said they are very concerned.

Meanwhile only 28% of men share the same feeling.

On the other hand, 18% of men said they are not at all concerned about such extreme weather events.

Which is more than three times the percentage of women, which is only 5%.

The Irish Independent reports that 9 out of 10 homeowners in Ireland fear extreme weather brought by climate change.

CEO of Peopl Insurance Paul Walsh says older people are more concerned with climate change than younger people.

Those over the age of 55 are more concerned about extreme weather conditions.
