UK set to ban workplace "gagging clauses"
In the UK, a crackdown on workplace "gagging clauses" to cover up allegations of sexual harassment, racial discrimination and assault has been announced by their government.
The new legislation will ban so-called non-disclosure agreements from being used to stop individuals from disclosing information to lawyers, police or doctors.
Last year, Topshop owner Philip Green was accused of using N-D-A's to stop several former employees from speaking out.
