Miss Selfridge in Galway is at risk of closure.
A meeting is currently underway in London to decide the future of the company behind stores such as Burton, Dorothy Perkins, Evans, Miss Selfridge, Topshop, and Wallis.
The meeting will decide whether Arcadia Group's creditors will accept or reject its restructuring plans.
Under the proposals at least 23 stores would close, including six outlets in Dublin, Cork and Galway.
Creditors will vote on seven separate Company Voluntary Arrangements (CVAs) proposals today, deciding the fate of 18,000 employees.
They first voted on the proposals last week, but after a knife-edge vote where some of the plans were rejected, Arcadia adjourned the meeting to today.
The proposed closures in Ireland include:
- Galway: Miss Selfridge
- Cork: Dorothy Perkins, Evans
- Dublin, Henry Street: Evans, Wallis
- Dublin, St Stephen's Green: Topshop, Miss Selfridge
- Dublin, Jervis: Topshop, Topman
- Dublin, Liffey Valley: Wallis
