A 16-year-old boy has been charged with the murder of Azzam Raguragui in a park in south Dublin earlier this month.
18 year old Azzam who was due to sit his Leaving Certificate this summer, died after he was stabbed during a row at Finsbury Park in Dundrum last month.
He was treated at the scene by paramedics, before being rushed to St James's hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The 16 year old boy who cannot be named because of his age, made no reply when charged.
He has been remanded in custody and will appear before the Children's Court again on June 6th.
