Radisson Blu Royal Hotel in DublinTaylor Swift fans have been left disappointed after a Dublin hotel suddenly cancelled their bookings.
Some hotels were accused of price-gouging last month after the star announced she would play two nights at the Aviva Stadium next June.
Aoife Cheung says she booked a room at the Radisson Blu Royal Hotel in Dublin city centre within minutes of the announcement, at a cost of 252 euro.
However, her booking was cancelled on Sunday, with the hotel blaming it on a glitch and adding that its rooms are now full.
Swift fan Aoife says she's not the only who was caught out:
"One of the people got a message saying that the hotel was closed that weekend and then I got a message saying they over-booked so they're definitely not telling the same story to every customer."
"I got on to the CCPC just to check my rights and everything and they said unfortunately because Booking.com isn't an Irish entity, they can't do anything about it."
