The Tánaiste has responded angrily to protesters at the Consultative Forum on International Security Policy.
Protesters have interrupted the forum this morning.
A number of people began chanting anti-war slogans and heckled the Tanaiste in Cork this morning.
Micheál Martin was opening the first day of discussions on the country's foreign, security, and defence policies.
Up to 50 people had gathered outside to protest the event, while a handful were inside the lecture hall at UCC:

ocialist Party TD, Mick Barry, has slammed the forum and will bring it up in the Dáil later.
He says it's an event highly stacked with speakers who are sympathetic to NATO and to EU militarisation.
Meanwhile, People Before Profit has branded the forum a "sham" and says it's both unfair and unbalanced.
Leader Richard Boyd Barrett said the majority of speakers have connections to NATO and/or the EU.
