Hay fever sufferers, beware!

Summer 2022 is in the air. And so is pollen.

This weekend, we're expecting temperatures of 20 degrees in some areas.

However, Met Éireann also comes with a high enough pollen count forecast for some parts.

In Leinster and Connacht, the pollen count is expected to be high today and tomorrow.

While other areas have a medium pollen count forecast for the weekend.

But along with that is a beautiful, warm and sunny weather forecast.

Today (Saturday) is to be a dry day in most areas with varying cloud and sunny spells.

It's to be quite warm, with top temperatures generally 16 to 19 degrees, possibly touching 20 degrees in the east.

While tomorrow (Sunday) is similar, but with a few showers here and there (mainly in the east).

And we're to expect top temperatures of 16 to 20 degrees, warmest in the west and southwest.

You may be thinking, that's all well and good but hasn't the wind kind of been ruining perfectly good weather lately?

Well, yes, but Met Éireann are forecasting light breezes, so hopefully you won't get the peaked cap blown off ya this weekend!
