If you scroll using your index finger then you are officially old!
A survey by the makers of the online game Candy Crush found 80 per cent of so-called Gen Z'ers use their thumbs to scroll.
However, 73 per cent of baby boomers use their index finger.
Other signs that you are officially past it are sending texts instead of using WhatsApp, posting on Facebook, owning a selfie-stick.
Another sign is that you like to use a post office for anything other than returning online clothing orders.
