Bus and train drivers will avoid problem areas in the run up to Halloween

Bus and train drivers have voted NOT to go into problem areas in the weeks leading up to Halloween.

The emergency motion was put to and passed by members of the National Bus and Rail Union.

They say they are concerned for their own safety and the welfare of passengers.

General Secretary of the NBRU, Dermot O'Leary says public transport operators and the government must take action:
