46 rollovers and still no jackpot winner
If you're into playing the lotto, you might have noticed that no one's won the jackpot in quite some time.
And now, a government TD's calling for an investigation into the National Lottery draw.
Fine Gael's Bernard Durkan says an urgent probe's needed as there hasn't been a winner of the top lotto jackpot in almost six months.
The top prize was last won on June 6th, and has since rolled over on 46 separate occasions.
There were 36 balls in the draw in the 1980s, however it has steadily increased over the years, with current operator, Premier Lotteries Ireland, increasing the number to 47 in 2015.
