A man in his 40s has died following a workplace accident in Co Carlow.
The incident took place yesterday afternoon after an industrial accident Leighlinbridge.
He was taken to St Lukes Hospital, Kilkenny where he was later pronounced dead.
The Health and Safety Authority has launched an investigation into what happened.
