A man has been airlifted to hospital after being stabbed in Longford town this afternoon.
The incident happened at Killashee Street at around 2pm this afternoon.
The victim, who is in his 20s, was taken by air ambulance to St James Hospital in Dublin.
Gardai say there is no update on his condition and no arrests have been made.
