Joe Biden's visit to Ireland continues today with the focus on Dublin.
He'll address both houses of the Oireachtas this afternoon and will be hosted at a state dinner at Dublin Castle tonight.
There are widespread parking restrictions and road closures in Dublin to facilitate the visit.
Yesterday Mr. Biden visited Carlingford and Dundalk.
He met some of his Country Louth relatives and said it was like coming home.
'We wish our Mom, Catherine Eugenia Finnegan Biden were here today, she'd be so damn Proud. Louth had such a special place in her heart, it really did, and today we carry her home in our heart and coming here, it feels like coming home'
