A global study by Red C shows Ireland has the highest level of claimed sexual harassment in Europe.
More than a third of women aged between 18 and 34 says they have experienced some form of sexual harassment in the past year.
The Red C survey is being used to highlight a new nationwide campaign aimed at combating sexual harassment and sexual violence.
The 'No Excuses' campaign is being rolled out in TV, radio and cinema ads, on billboards and online.

CEO of the Dublin Rape Crisis Centre, Noeline Blackwell, says sexual harassment needs to be called out:
"It's one of those areas where often people don't even see it happening. So they'll be able to recognise it better, hopefully, at the end of this campaign, and when they recognise it they will be able to call it out...there's no excuses for it happening and there's no excuses for allowing it to go by."
