Twitter has officially launched a campaign to get people to think about a tweet instead of the traditional CV when job hunting.
Seventy per cent of 18 to 24-year-olds say they feel that CVs do not allow them to show employers who they really are.
In response, Twitter has launched #OneTweetCV and is inviting jobseekers to share their CV in a unique way, through one tweet.
Those on the hunt for a job are encouraged to use polls, GIFs, videos and photos to win a day's work experience at Twitter in Dublin.

Mark Stockx works for Twitter as a Senior Director in EMEA and he's urging people to think about how Twitter could benefit them.
"The old way of applying [for jobs] doesn't really cater for lots of creativity and to show a lot of yourself, like your skills and your experience. Within Twitter there's an option to use 280 characters, or there's an option to use GIFs and videos, to create a 'moment' or even link tweets together."
