Over 200 of you voted.
St Brigid's Day is the preferred date to make a new public holiday, according to iRadio's Twitter poll.
More than 200 people took part.
They were asked to choose which day should be made a public holiday if we were to get an extra one.
The choices were between St Brigid's Day in February and Thanksgiving in November, while people were also given the option to vote for neither.
Although it wasn't a landslide victory, St Brigid's Day did maintain the top spot for the duration of the poll and won with a 49 percent majority.
Thanksgiving got 36 percent of votes, while almost 14 percent of people opted for neither.
If we get a new public holiday here, which day would you prefer?

Some people had other ideas, including giving people a day off on the Friday before or the Tuesday after any existing Bank Holiday Mondays.
While others just wanted one every month.
