Did we transport to the future??
A restaurant in Limerick city centre has added a robot to its roster.
Bella-bot has been taken on by the Jasmine Palace to serve diners.
She can work shifts up to 12 hours on 4 hours battery charge.
Bella will be on hand to lighten the load of her human co-workers.

She's capable of helping with heavy loads and can carry up 30 bottles of water at a time.
It's estimated she can carry loads five times heavier than her human counterparts.
And we hear she's also a whopper singing and can belt out Happy Birthday when needed.
The Irish Examiner reports that Bella’s employment all started after a friend visited general manager, Jeff Tse.
He runs a robotics company, and brought her in from China to show her off.
So they decided to set her to work on a trial basis!
People are a bit divided on social media, worried that the introduction of robots into hospitality could lead to job losses.
Restaurant in Limerick has introduced a robot which will carry heavy loads of plates, bottles etc to & from tables. A novelty, especially with children, but concerned that this will lead to loss of jobs. Always avoid self service machines in supermarkets.https://t.co/godBO4qMIr
