It's after a Residential Tenancies Board enforcement operation targeting breaches of the Rent Pressure Zone rules.

And it's also the first time landlords have been "named and shamed" on the RTB's website.
Labour Party housing spokesperson Senator Rebecca Moynihan says it's only a fraction of the true problem, because tenants are afraid to complain.
She said this latest enforcement is just "tip of the iceberg".
"We're over 7% rental inflation since last year. Unfortunately the balance of power is with landlords," she said.
The Irish Examiner report over €20,000 in sanctions has been paid by landlords to the exchequer, with the largest single sanction being just over €1,900.
Earlier this week, legislation capping rent increases at 2% per year in Rent Pressure Zones was passed by both Houses of the Oireachtas.
In a statement, Minister for Housing Darragh O'Brien welcomed the passing of the Residential Tenancies Bill 2021.
