Lisa Smith, a former Irish soldier, denies charges of being a member of the terror group Isis.
The DPP has again been urged to drop its case against Lisa Smith, who is accused of being a member of terror group Isis.
The 38-year-old mother travelled to Syria a number of years ago after converting to Islam.
She was arrested after being brought back to Ireland from Turkey late last year, was subsequently charged with Isis membership and was granted bail before Christmas.
During a scheduled court appearance today, Lisa Smith's solicitor said she was anxious to deal with the matter in order to prove her innocence, and he expressed his disappointment at the delay in serving the book of evidence on her.
He asked for the case against her to be discontinued, and urged the DPP to again look at points contained in documentation already provided.
The judge said that was a matter for the parties to deal with.
Ms. Smith is due back in court next month, when the book of evidence is expected to be ready for service.
