Today 836 patients are in hospital, a drop of 56 on yesterday.
It represents a significant reduction on the recent peak of 1,063 from January 10th.
88 patients are currently being treated in the country's ICU's.
11,161 new cases of Covid-19 were confirmed yesterday.
It includes 6,597 positive PCR tests, and 4,564 antigen tests.
While more than 2.6 million boosters or third doses have been administered so far.
And over 23 percent of 5 to 11-year-olds have been signed up for a Covid vaccine.
They've been registered by their parents or guardians over the past three weeks.
The portal only opened for this age-group on January 3rd, after NIAC gave it the green light last month.
