Britney Spears has regained control of her life and career for the first time in 13 years.
A judge in Los Angeles has officially terminated her conservatorship.
The 39 year old pop star had been fighting to end the complex legal arrangement she was placed under in 2008.
Britney Spears says she's probably going to spend the day crying after the judgement.
The legal arrangement had included her dad overseeing what she did and how she spent her money.
He recently joined calls for it to be ended, after emotional testimony from her describing it as being like slavery.
The judgement means the singer will now have a say in controlling her estimated $60m estate.
