A woman's medical files have been found dumped near Letterkenny University Hospital.
Image via Google MapsThe documents were discovered in Bernard McGlinchey Park, close to the Hospital.
Saolta, which manages the hospital, says there will be a full investigation to establish how it occurred.
This comes as medical files were also found on the streets of Cork and Drogehda last month.
