Gardaí in Salthill are renewing their appeal for witnesses following a fatal road traffic collision in Galway on Saturday night.
The incident involving a motorcycle and a car occurred on the R336 between Inverin and Spiddal.
Shortly after 8 O'Clock Gardaí and emergency services attended at the scene where the driver of the motorcycle, a man aged in his 30s, was pronounced dead.
The occupants of the car, a man and woman in their 20s were taken to Galway University Hospital as a precaution.
Gardaí are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed this incident to come forward.
They are also asking people who were travelling on the R336 between 7 and 8:30 that evening to contact Salthill Garda Station.
