Four people are in hospital after a car was driven into a group people during a mass brawl in Galway city yesterday evening
A large number of people were involved in the incident, which has been shared widely on social media.
Gardaí are investigating the serious public order incident that occurred in the carpark of a shopping centre on the Headford Road at around 6pm yesterday evening.

During the brawl, a vehicle appears to have been driven at speed at a group of people.

A man and a woman are receiving treatment for their injuries, which are non-life threatening.
Two men were also hospitalised after being assaulted.
Gardaí seized a number of weapons and two vehicles were also seized.
